Where can I register trademark?
There are multiple ways to get your Trademark registered. It normally depends on your choice where do you wish to have your Trademark registered (which country or region):
Through national Office - Trademark registration in Slovenia - the filling, registrations and other activities are handled by Slovenian Intellectual Property Office. If you don't reside or don't have a legal entity established in Slovenia, you need to appoint local Trademark professional to act on your behalf.
Through regional Office -EU Trademark registration - the filling, registrations and other activities are handled by EU Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) If you don't reside or don't have a legal entity established in EU, you need to appoint local Trademark professional to act on your behalf.
Through World Intellectual Property Office (WIPO) - the filling, registrations and other activities are handled by World Intellectual Property Office (WIPO). There are certain pre-conditions that need to be achieved. Check the "3 ways to Trademark registration" article for further information.
