In Slovenia, the minimum amount for registering an individual trademark for 10 years (up to and including 3 classes) is €230 (if filed electronically). Trademark protection in each further class of the NICE classification amounts to an additional €70 for each class.
In the case of registration of a collective mark, the minimum cost of protection for 10 years (up to and including 3 NICE classes) is €400. The collective mark protection fee for each further class is €50.
